Small rooms. Short demos. Slow Q&A.
We don't do trade shows. Once in a while we bring a build to a small indie festival, a games pub night, or a local dev meet-up. This page is a quiet log of where we've been and where we'd like to go. If you're organising something calm — write us.
Coming up
Cozy Games Hamburg · showcase table
A small room at an indie mini-fest in October. We'll bring an early Paperline build and a cup of coffee. Come say hi.
Lighthouse Reading · anniversary night
We'd like to do a quiet reading of Warden's Lantern keepers' journals on launch anniversary. Pub night in a coastal town. Details by December.
Past events
Pixel Pub Night, Prague
Warden's Lantern prototype on a projector, forty minutes of Q&A about fog physics. A very patient crowd. Thank you, Prague.
Handmade Games Meetup, online
A talk on "why we kept squares" — the story of losing three weeks to hex grids before we gave up. Fifteen people in a video call.
First Friday Demo Night, Berlin
The very first time we showed anything Maxonice in public. A broken build, a warm crowd, and the origin of this studio's "no trailers" rule.
Kitchen-table playtest, Moscow
Not an event, technically. Four friends around a kitchen table, takeaway noodles, and the earliest playable tile-placement prototype.
Host us
We like small rooms better than conference halls. If you run a games pub night, a local indie meet-up, or a university playtest session — we'll likely say yes to a visit. Travel only to places we can reach without a plane, mostly.
